Kenosha police seeking armed bank robbery suspect

KENOSHA (WITI) -- Kenosha police officials are investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Tuesday, April 9th at a U.S. Bank branch.



Police say it happened just before 9:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of 22nd Avenue.

Dispatchers received information that the suspect in this robbery had fled on foot, westbound from the bank.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 30 years of age, 5'8" tall, weighing 130 pounds with dark hair, wearing a blue hat, dark clothing and armed with a black handgun.
