James Madison Academic Campus lockdown over

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee's James Madison Academic Campus was on lockdown early Friday afternoon, December 6th.

Officers were called to the school around 11:30 a.m. for a report of a subject with a gun in the school. A caller referred to a room number in the school that doesn't exist -- and juveniles were heard laughing in the background during the call.

Officers completed their investigation at the school -- and nothing suspicious was found.
