Holmes to plead not guilty by reason of insanity next week

AURORA, Colo. (FOX) -- Aurora, Colorado shooting suspect James Holmes will be back in court next week to enter a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.

Holmes faces 166 felony counts for last July's movie theater shooting that killed 12 people and injured 58 others.
