Bagrowski, the man's uncle, watched as police tried talking with the 27-year-old. Bagrowski said his nephew was on top of the garage at his glass shop.
"We had a lot of rapport with the individual as well as the family members who were very cooperative," Captain Timothy Heier with the Milwaukee Police Department said.
Police said they used Crisis Intervention Training to take the man into custody safely.
"It appears there might be mental health issues and he was taken to a hospital for thorough assessment," Captain Heier said.
