Four arrested in heroin sting at Kenosha Taco Bell restaurant
KENOSHA (WITI) -- Kenosha County Sheriff's officials say four people were taken into custody in a heroin sting on Tuesday, September 17th.
It happened at the Taco Bell restaurant near 52nd Street and 39th Avenue.
The operation was set up in conjunction with the Brown County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force.
Officials set up a controlled purchase that was to take place in the parking lot, however, the suspects would only deal inside the restaurant.
Those taken into custody include 27-year-old Alfonzo Conner III (delivery of heroin), 44-year-old Jimmie Lee Shepard (delivery of heroin - party to a crime), and 24-year-old Jerrell Griffin (delivery of heroin - party to a crime.)
A female was interviewed and later released.
