Former cop pleads guilty to possession of illegally obtained prescription
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- 39-year-old Anthony Bialecki, a former Milwaukee police officer, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, October 23rd to one count of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. The court then sentenced Bialecki to pay a $500 fine.
According to the criminal complaint, the Milwaukee Police Department executed a controlled sale of 20 Percocet pills by a monitored citizen on February 13th. During the transaction, police observed Bialecki purchase the 20 Percocet pills in exchange for $40 without a prescription. Bialecki was arrested within minutes of obtaining the pills.
According to the criminal complaint, Bialecki indicated he was purchasing and consuming Percocet to supplement the prescription he has for Vicodin.
