Flight for Life called to accident involving two Waukesha County teens

TOWN OF LISBON (WITI) -- Two Waukesha County teens are injured in a one-car crash Saturday afternoon, August 2nd, when their car hits a tree head on.

The accident happened on Ryan Rd. just south of Lisbon Rd. in the Town of Lisbon.

The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department and Town of Lisbon Fire Department responded to the scene.

The 18-year-old female driver was taken to Froedtert Hospital by Flight for Life.

The 16-year-old passenger was taken to Children's Hospital.

Officials believe the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the road.

The accident is still under investigation.
