Driver taken to the hospital via Flight for Life after two-vehicle crash in Kenosha

KENOSHA -- Kenosha police say a 23-year-old man had to be taken to Froedtert Hospital via Flight for Life after a crash on Monday afternoon, July 20th.

It happened near 79th and Sheridan Road shortly before 2:30 p.m.

Police say the driver of one vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign and his vehicle was struck by another vehicle as he tried to clear the intersection.

The driver of the striking vehicle suffered minor injuries.

The investigation into this incident is underway. Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor.
