Driver flown to the hospital after vehicle collides with dump truck in the Town of Lyndon
TOWN OF LYNDON (WITI) -- Sheboygan County Sheriff's officials say one person had to be taken to the hospital via Flight for Life following a crash involving a vehicle and a dump truck that occurred Monday afternoon, March 16th.
It happened around noon at the intersection of County Trunk Highway U and Blueberry Road in the Town of Lyndon.
Officials arriving at the scene found a passenger vehicle that appeared to have been driven from a stop sign into the path of an oncoming dump truck. As a result of the collision, the passenger vehcile left the roadway and overturned. The vehicle's driver was trapped.
That driver was taken to Froedtert Hospital via Flight for Life.
