DPW worker crashes into parked vehicles after medical emergency

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Officials with the Milwaukee Department of Public Works confirm a worker was involved in a crash on the city's south side on Wednesday, February 20th.

The driver of a DPW truck apparently suffered from a medical emergency. That caused him to crash into two parked trucks in front of Milwaukee Alarm Company on E. Florida St.

Nobody was in the parked vehicles. But the driver of the DPW truck was taken to the hospital. He has since been treated and released.
