DHS: 1,348 new positive cases of COVID-19 in WI; 10 new deaths

The number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Wisconsin rose by 1,348 Tuesday, Sept. 15, officials with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported, for a total of 91,304.

Ten new deaths were reported Tuesday by DHS officials, for a total of 1,220 statewide.

Of the positive cases, 6,406 have required hospitalization (7%), while 79,557 have recovered (87.2%), making for 10,509 active cases (11.5%).

More than 1.2 million have tested negative. More than 1.3 million have been tested.
