City of Wauwatosa could spend more than $2 million to support 99-unit complex on Mayfair Road

WAUWATOSA (WITI) -- The city of Wauwatosa could spend more than $2 million to support a 99-unit development on Mayfair Road near Highway 45.

A group of local developers are seeking city financing for the five-story apartment building.

Pending approval from the city, the goal is to start construction in May 2015, and open for renters about a year later.
