Caught on camera: Police need your help to identify robbery suspect

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are asking for your help identifying a suspect wanted in an armed robbery inside the Family Dollar store on S. Cesar Chavez Dr. near Mineral St. The crime happened on Monday, May 9th.

Police say the male suspect approached the female victim around 9:00 a.m. while she was shopping inside the store. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim and demanded money. The victim gave the suspect her money and the suspect fled on foot from the scene.



The suspect is described as a black man, 25-26 years-old, 5’4” tall, 150-160 pounds, with a medium build and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with red, white, and black stripes, red athletic pants, and black high-top tennis shoes.
