Cash reward offered for information leading to arrest after U.S. Bank branch in Mequon robbed

MEQUON (WITI) -- Mequon police, along with U.S. Bank are offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) responsible for the robbery of the U.S. Bank branch located near the intersection of North Port Washington Road and West Mequon Road Thursday, April 23rd.

It happened shortly before 11:30 a.m.

Police say a white male entered the bank -- approaching a teller and demanding money.

The suspect left the bank and headed towards a waiting, occupied vehicle parked in a business parking lot adjacent to the bank. That vehicle is described as a black pickup truck.

Police say the suspect who entered the bank was 5'6" to 5'8" tall, wearing sunglasses, a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and jacket.
