Captured: U.S. Marshals looking for Billy Wilson, convicted of 1992 murder

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 40-year-old Billy Wilson.

Wilson was convicted of killing a man near 35th and Silver Spring back in 1992.  A criminal complaint says he fatally shot the man during an attempted robbery, as the victim tried to run away.

U.S. Marshals say Wilson served 18 years of a 25-year prison sentence.  He was released early for good behavior.  U.S. Marshals say Wilson has since disappeared and hasn't been seen by his parole officer since 2014.

U.S. Marshals say Wilson was known to spend time on Milwaukee's north side.

Wilson is 5'10'' and weighs 270 pounds.  U.S. Marshals say he's known to shave his head, and to wear a goatee or full beard.
