Busted: 17-year-old boy arrested after three sexual assaults near Carroll University

WAUKESHA -- Waukesha police say a suspect has been taken into custody in connection with three sexual assaults that occurred near the Carroll University campus on Friday, September 18th.


On Tuesday evening, September 22nd, after releasing a photo of a suspect in this case, police say they received many calls and tips on Facebook indicating the identity of the sexual assault suspect.

The suspect was taken into custody and is currently at the Racine County Jail.

Police say the person in custody is a 17-year-old white male. He is not being identified at this time as this investigation is ongoing.

More information will be released once this subject is formally charged by the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office.

Police say they do not believe there are any other suspects related to this crime.
