In business news for Tuesday, May 29th, 2012 -- Delta Airlines is retrofitting the overhead bins on its older planes to accommodate larger carry-on luggage. American Airlines and U.S. Airways will follow suit.

Additionally, Manpower says almost half of all employers in the U.S. are struggling to fill key positions. The positions most difficult to fill include skilled trades, engineers and information technology staff.
