In business news for Thursday, February 9th, 2012 -- SURG Restaurant Group is taking over the stand at the Bradford Beach House in Milwaukee's lakefront. SURG operates several downtown restaurants, including Carnevor, Umami Moto and Ryan Braun's Graffito. Also, tour-goers at Great Lakes Distillery now have a bigger and better place to sample the company's products. The distillery just opened a new tasting room at its factory on 6th and Virginia.
