Burger King robbery: Suspect implies he has gun, gets away with cash

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are asking for your help to identify an armed robbery suspect who is accused of robbing the Burger King restaurant near Prospect and North Ave. on Monday morning, February 1st.

Officials say the suspect walked into the restaurant just after 7 a.m. and implied that he was carrying a gun. He demanded and obtained cash from an employee and then fled on foot.



The suspect is described as a male, black, mid-to-late 40’s, 5’4”-5’6” tall, with a mustache and goatee. He had on a red/burgundy skullcap with clear safety glasses over it. He was also wearing a black zippered hooded sweatshirt over a black t-shirt, black pants, and dark gray or black work boots.
