Average gas price $3.58 per gallon in Milwaukee area

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Average gas prices in the Milwaukee area have fallen 1 cent per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.58 per gallon on Sunday, September 8th.

This compares with the national average that has fallen 2.3 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.59 per gallon, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.

Including the change in gas prices in Milwaukee during the past week, prices on Sunday were 34.8 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago and are 4.7 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.

The national average has not moved during the last month and stands 22.3 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago.
