All clear: Semi rollover on northbound I-94 near Highway K cleaned up

RACINE COUNTY -- All lanes of northbound I-94 were temporarily closed at Highway K in Racine County because of a rolled over semi.

As of about 5:45 p.m., that wreck was completely cleared -- and traffic was beginning to move.
