All clear: Police investigate suspicious package in downtown Milwaukee; it was a cooler

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are clearing from the scene where a suspicious package was reported in downtown Milwaukee around 4:15 p.m.

Officers taped off an area near the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts. That's near the intersection of Water and Kilbourn.

It turns out the suspicious package was a cooler -- and poses no harm.
