ARABIC CHICKEN

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Create a spice rub by mixing olive oil, Love Dust, lemon, sugar, and garlic together in large bowl.  Rub spice paste on chicken pieces and veggies.  Add all to baking dish and cover with foil.  Bake for 1-1/5 hour or until chicken is cooked through.  Bake with foil removed for final 15-20 minutes to brown.  Serve immediately.

    Serves 4

    GREEK VEGETABLE DIP

Combine all ingredients and allow to stand, in refrigerator, for one hour to allow flavors to develop.  Use as an easy dip for carrots, cucumbers, or anything else on a crudite platter.

      MEXICAN SPICED AIOLI

Mix all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.  Refrigerate for one hour to allow all flavors to develop.  Use as a dip for fries, a spread for sandwiches or wraps, or as an appetizer spread.

        ETHIOPIAN CHICKEN AND RICE

Wash the chicken and pat dry. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook a few minutes. Add the chicken; cook a few minutes more, stirring often. Sprinkle with Ethiopian Love Dust and Curry Powder and stir well. Add the tomatoes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 more minutes or so, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thick. Serve with rice.

PUERTO RICAN LOVE DUST PORK ROAST

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Rinse pork and dry with paper towel.  Place pork fat side up in a roasting pan.  Sprinkle top with Love Dust.  Bake in oven, uncovered for 30 minutes.  Remove and spray the top with balsamic vinegar to taste.  Place water in roasting pan (on sides…do not pour on top of pork), cover, and bake for 2.5 hours or until inserted meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.

            QUICK TUNISIAN FLATBREAD

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Brush flatbread on one side with olive oil.  Sprinkle Love Dust over each flatbread.  Place flatbread on baking sheet and place in oven for 5 minutes or until warmed through.  Serve.
