CHICO, Calif. -- Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is partnering with North Valley Community Foundation and donating $1 million to help with recovery following the California wildfires.
"I personally reached out to my friends and the mayor of Chico (Rodgers' hometown) to find out how to be of the most help," Rodgers said. "Raising money for both the immediate needs and long-term recovery is what's needed most right now."
"I'm partnering with the North Valley Community Foundation and donating $1 million to help with recovery and eventual rebuild of these communities."
