A way to say "thanks:" Block Watch group delivers lunch to MPD officers at District 7

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A big and tasty "thank you" to Milwaukee police officers at MPD's District 7 Thursday, January 22nd.

The local Neighborhood Watch group delivered lunch to the officers on Thursday afternoon -- and it was quite the spread!

People brought in more than 30 dishes!

A "Block Watch" captain says the lunch was a simple way to show appreciation for the officers for all they do.
