Human rigths artist Brian Carlson discusses memorial
Between the years of 1976 and 1983 approximately 30,000 Argentinian citizens were abducted, taken to secret detention centers and murdered in a systematic campaign of genocide. In an effort to honor and raise awareness for these victims, human rights artist, Brian Carlson, created a memorial in his Port Washington home.
