Future Forecaster: Meet 10-year-old Kira from Park Lawn Elementary School

(WITI) — FOX6 Meteorologist Stephanie Barichello talks with our Future Forecaster, 10-year-old Kira.  She's in the fourth grade at Park Lawn Elementary School.
