Flock safety tried to sell traffic data to the City of Sheboygan that had been captured by Sheboygan's own Flock cameras. Now, the city has covered up its 15 Flock cameras and are working to cancel the contract with the company. FOX6 Investigator Bryan Polcyn brings the latest.
