47-year-old killed in Milwaukee's Deer District

A 47-year-old was shot and killed just after 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at Vel R. Phillips and State in Milwaukee’s Deer District as thousands attended nearby events, and police say the suspect remains at large.
