Partly cloudy and dry morning. Temperatures in the low to middle 30s. High pressure north of Wisconsin brings another cool day across the state. High temps in the middle 40s. More seasonable temperatures return on Thursday and Friday back in the upper 50s/low 60s. A cut-off low will bring chances of rain through the weekend into early next week.
