Wind Chill Advisory for all of SE WI until 10am Tuesday. Wind Chills could be -20 to -25 below zero. Many sunny but cooler days in the forecast this week! The warmest days will be Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the mid/upper 20s. Another short cold snap sets in by Friday, but warming back into the 30s by the weekend.
