Decreasing clouds with gusty winds up to 35mph and very cold temps with higs in the upper 20s. Less windy and warming up heading into Sunday. Highs will push back into the upper 30s with sunshine. A few frontal systems can bring light chances of rain/snow this week. Most days temps will remain in the 30s.
