Mild morning temperatures in the 50s. Very breezy and warm today with highs back in the 70s. Windy conditions continue through the weekend with gusts up to 25-30mph. Above average temperatures start off next week. Chances of rain enter Monday through Wednesday. After a cold front passes mid-week, a cooling trend will return bringing temps back into the 50s.
