Wisconsin gunman's targets included Evers, other political leaders

The gunman suspected of killing a retired judge had a list of targets that included Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, officials said.
