Tough day for Hellweg, Brewers fall to Reds

MILWAUKEE (WITI)-- Saturday's game against Cincinnati was nothing like Friday's 5-1 win for the Crew.

Starter Johnny Hellweg struggled right away giving up 4 runs in the first 2 innings. He only lasted 5 innings pitched allowing 8 hits and 4 runs, 1 homerun and just 1 strike out.

The Crew started making a come back in the bottom of the 4th when Khris Davis doubled scoring Scooter Gennett then a Carlos Gomez single brought Davis home. A few batters later Jeff Bianchi hit a sac fly scoring Gomez.  Unfortunately for the Crew, this would be their only action of the game; the Reds added 3 more runs and win 7-3.
