Moving to Motown; Bucks trade Jennings
MILWAUKEE-- While neither team has made an official announcement, Brandon Jennings is the subject of a sign and trade transaction, moving to the Pistons in exchange for three players. After four seasons as a Buck, the restricted free agent point guard will now play elsewhere in the division, in Detroit.
Yahoo Sports was the first media outlet to confirm the deal, which brings guard Brandon Knight, forward Khris Middleton and center Slava Kravtsov (or at least their contracts) to Milwaukee. Knight was the National Player of the Year in high school in both 2009 and 2010 before playing at the University of Kentucky.
Jennings scored 55 points in a game during his rookie season and helped lead the Bucks to the playoffs that season, but was unable to sustain either personal or team success during the rest of his time in Milwaukee.
