Love shoes? You may enjoy the Bucks' "Sneaker Summit" set for December 13th!

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Milwaukee Bucks have announced the fan-friendly “Sneaker Summit” will return to the BMO Harris Bradley Center following its successful Milwaukee debut last year.

This year’s bigger and better Milwaukee Sneaker Summit will take place from noon until 3:30 p.m. prior to the Bucks’ 6:30 p.m. tip vs. the L.A. Clippers on December 13th -- which will feature a special halftime performance by DMC from the groundbreaking hip-hop group Run-DMC.

Founded in 2004, “Sneaker Summit” is a traveling convention at which sneaker enthusiasts from all walks of life gather to buy, sell, trade, browse and discuss everything from rare, vintage and collectible shoes to the latest and most exclusive sneakers, fashions and accessories.

Attendees at the Bucks Sneaker Summit will be invited to bring up to four pairs of their own sneakers to sell or trade at the event, but even casual fans will enjoy this celebration of sneaker culture featuring displays from stores exhibiting the latest fashions and hardcore collectors showcasing today’s most rare and sought-after footwear.

Additionally, all fans in attendance will have the chance to win autographed sneakers from Bucks legends as well as current Bucks players.

“We want to offer our supporters all of the best possible experiences, and this event is a unique opportunity for Bucks fans to celebrate fashion, music and world-class basketball under one roof,” said Bucks President Peter Feigin. “The Milwaukee Bucks are proud to bring basketball and sneaker culture together through this event that fits right into the growing and vibrant creative community in Milwaukee.”

Tickets start at $30 and include admission to both the Sneaker Summit and the Bucks/Clippers game.

Fans who already have game tickets can show their ticket at the door to receive admission to the Sneaker Summit for just $10.
