Lohse good but little else in 3-1 Brewers loss to Az.
MILWAUKEE - --Kyle Lohse was outstanding in his Milwaukee debut, but very little else went right for the Brewers in Friday night's 3-1 loss to Arizona at Miller Park.
Lohse, who missed the majority of spring training, allowed just 1 run on 5 hits with 5 strikeouts and no walks over 6 innings. He's the first Brewers starter to go that deep, but for the 3rd game in a row, the bullpen had issues.
Jean Segura's first big league homer tied the game at 1, but Mike Gonzalez 2 out wild pitch with the bases loaded allowed 2 runs to score and accounted for the 3-1 final.
Making matters worse, Aramis Ramirez sprained his left knee, the same one he sprained in spring training. He could be headed for the disabled list. Ryan Braun was a late scratch with back spasms. Manager Ron Roenicke hopes to have the left fielder back for Saturday night's game.
