Finley placed on injured reserve, Sherrod activated

GREEN BAY (WITI) -- The Green Bay Packers placed tight end Jermichael Finley on injured reserve on Tuesday, November 5th. It essentially means Finley will not be back for the rest of the season.

Finley played in six games with five starts this season and caught 25 passes for 300 yards (12.0 avg.) and three TDs. Barrington appeared in seven contests and recorded three tackles on special teams.

The Packers also placed linebacker Sam Barrington on injured reserve -- and activated tackle Derek Sherrod.
