MENOMONEE FALLS (WITI) -- Wrestlers don't get as much attention as athletes in other sports, but the Menomonee Falls High School wrestling team really deserves it.

Wrestlers have to make weight, which is a heavy burden, and they do it in relative anonymity.

At Menomonee Falls High School, the Indians give their blood, sweat and tears to the sport, but they say it's all worth it!

Coach Jim McMahon had five champs at the recent Metro Conference meet. Not one finished below fifth in his weight class.

Sophomore Billy Holz is a two-time defending champ at 120 pounds, but like his Falls teammates, Holz understands the meaning of "there's no I in team."

Junior Casey Crangle is a 126 pound champ. Crangle has overcome adversity, battling back from a broken wrist one year and a broken finger the next.

Senior Sam Schwabenlander has been toiling in the sport since seventh grade. His journey took him to the conference championship at 145 pounds. Along the way, Schwabenlander learned some valuable lessons.

Additionally, Ayoola Olapo's parents were first generation immigrants from South Africa. Wrestling was foreign to him at first, but he kept battling -- all the way to a conference title at 182 pounds. Olapo says the sport has taught him teamwork and determination.
