Teens & technology: The unique program teaching local kids how to manage their money

MILWAUKEE -- A spouse, two kids and the family budget to boot -- image being responsible for all of it at the age of 13. That may seem far-fetched, but it's a situation thousands of teens in the Milwaukee area are learning to handle every year.
