One family hits the streets to help better the City of Milwaukee

Just earlier this week, we had an important and serious conversation about the recent gun violence in Milwaukee. The question we're always left asking is, "What can we do about it?" Former Milwaukee police officer, Tony Hibbler, know, especially in the summer, what kids can get into with too much time on their hands. So, he go this niece and nephews together -- and devised a plan that they've taken to the streets.
