Tino Owen, the lead teacher at and co-founder of Milwaukee's Alliance High School, talks with Chip about about the school being labeled by Teen Vogue as one of the coolest schools in the country. The school is just north of downtown -- and is designed to teach acceptance of every person while maintaining a bully-free environment. When Chip crashed Tina's dance class he learned it was born nine years ago out of simple idea.
