"Beacon of hope:" Thurgood Marshall Apartments will house Milwaukee’s chronically homeless

MILWAUKEE -- This October, 24 new apartments in downtown Milwaukee will be occupied by 24 individuals who have not had a place of their own for quite some time. A new project is providing permanent housing for chronically homeless individuals who struggle with alcoholism. As you'll see, the project is saving lives.
