MILWAUKEE - For nearly 20 years two local Bay View residents have created elaborate Halloween displays in their front yard, and this year it’s bigger and more elaborate than ever before. Brian Kramp is at A&J’s Halloween House which is creatively titled "Wheel Of Misfortune."
