YMCA well behind $3.8M goal in first fundraising campaign since Chapter 11 reorganization

MILWAUKEE -- The YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee is well behind their goal in their first fundraising campaign since Chapter 11 reorganization.

The YMCA has a year-end goal of $3.8 million. They're currently at $1.5 million.

The Y's president and CEO says they are doing well with smaller contributions, but major gifts have fallen short.

If they fall short of the goal, some programs would have to be cut.
