Whole Foods proposed for second phase of Mayfair Collection

WAUWATOSA (WITI) -- The first phase of the Mayfair Collection isn't even open yet, but developers are already looking ahead to the second. Under new plans submitted, the second phase of the project would include restaurants, a hotel and a Whole Foods store. The Mayfair Collection is being built in Wauwatosa -- and the first phase is expected to open in April. It will include retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Sacs Fifth Avenue Off 5th and Old Navy.
