Waukesha County: At least one person rescued from water on Pewaukee Lake

WAUKESHA COUNTY -- Waukesha officials tell FOX6 News at least one person has been pulled from the water on Pewaukee Lake Thursday evening, July 21st.

The initial call to officials came in as a water rescue.

Authorities say a boat on the lake was able to get to the distressed people in the water and got them out before officials arrived.

Everyone is believed to be OK.

The Waukesha County Sheriff's Office and Pewaukee Fire Department responded to this incident.

No other details have been released.
