WATCH: "Eclipse" the bus-riding dog back at it! New YouTube video shows adventures in Seattle
SEATTLE (WITI) -- She's Seattle's most famous bus-riding dog. We first told you about "Eclipse," the black Labrador-bull mastiff mix earlier this month. Video of Eclipse riding the bus ALONE to the dog park went viral. Now, Eclipse has teamed up with King County Metro Transit -- helping to promote their smartphone app.
A new video posted to YouTube shows "Eclipse" on her day off -- riding the bus to all the places she likes to go in the Seattle area.
“We caught up with Eclipse to help her plan an eventful day in Seattle, visiting everywhere she likes to go with the new Puget Sound Trip Planner App,” wrote Metro on YouTube.
As we told you earlier this month, Eclipse started riding the bus to the dog park a couple of years ago with her owner, Jeff Young.
Her first solo ride happened after Young paused to smoke a cigarette and couldn’t finish in time to board the bus.
Eclipse, knowing exactly what to do, hopped on the bus alone. Young caught the next one and the two reunited four stops later at the dog park. The tradition never stopped.
