VIDEO: Passenger on Malaysia Air jet that crashed posted to social media before taking off

(WITI) -- It's just 14 seconds. But it just might be the last video of passengers inside Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 before it was shot down, killing 298 people.

According to The Star, the video was captured and posted to Instagram — and later reposted to YouTube — by passenger Md Ali Md Salim before the flight took off. Salim was on his way home to Malaysia from Amsterdam. He wrote in the video caption that he was feeling nervous.

An announcement, believed to be the voice of the pilot, could be heard in the background. "At the moment, we are on the final stages of boarding and cargo loading. Once again, please ensure all your phones are off for the flight to..." said the pilot, before the video ended.
